PS-1 commences a Recruitment Managed Service June 05 to work as part of the Huawei recruitment Team to deliver a significant number of new staff for the UK and European business.
This included:
implementing the PS-1 Integrated Recruitment Management System, which was developed to the specific requirements of the Huawei processes. The IRMS was ustilised by all Huawei staff in the recruitment process saving time and speeding up the identification of potential candidates and through the interview stages.
Providing a dedicated team of recruitment specialist to source candidates and manage candidates from the preferred agency suppliers through the proces.
