The European and Global Major Account Management Organisations required support for the development of a governance framework for I.T. outsourcing proposition development and delivery.
Following a short engagement; including information gathering, design, review and refinement; working with development teams on both sides of the Atlantic, a governance framework was produced together with a plan for training and deployment.
Following sign-off with senior management, the materials were transitioned into the global organisation development and training function for delivery as part of a core competency programme.
