The mission was to turnaround and deliver a $90m global project to design, develop and deploy an on-line procurement and asset management services offering.
Launch was achieved on time within 3 months, and global rollout completed within 9 months.
The engagement was extended to the development of strategic capability in other areas of the business; specifically management processes and tools in the following areas:
Sales pipeline & sales force management
Services development management
Global operations management framework.
These initiatives provided management, for the first time with end-to-end management visibility of the value chain and implemented key business management disciplines.
