Acting as strategic projects director, the role was to design, mobilise and project manage the successful delivery of a pan-European integration of multi-country spares logistics operations, inventories and systems infrastructure.

This integration was rolled out to 14 European countries resulting in management visibility of service status and inventories Europe-wide, step change improvements to customer service, and tens of millions of pounds savings in inventories.
