Why a "Change Contract":
PS-1 believes that any organisation should consider their Change strategy as "contract" between the stakeholders responsible for the Change. Why a contract - consider the total cost of your Change, tangible and intangible, consider also the impact to you if this change was not successful. Would you place such responsibility and reliance upon anyone without a contract?
PS-1's unique approach is to utilise our methodology to galvanise stakeholders to the goal of the business where each will know each other's contribution, understand the reliance on each other and the joint expectation that each will deliver. From this position a "contract" can be drawn up between the stakeholders which will be binding; for who else is accountable?
Our experience shows that without commitment to a common goal by stakeholders responsible for Change, any strategy will not be as successful as it could be.

- Stakeholder commitment for Change dissipate because of their "day jobs"
- Key activities are not aligned due to other priorities
- Budget spend not aligned to the change strategy
